I found a interesting article on the internet.
This article is about ‘secret of the Apple products’. The Apple product designs have the ‘Golden ratio’.
The ‘Golden ratio’ is the proportion that is considered to be the most attractive to look at when a line is divided into two. (below)
For example, the seashell consist of the golden ratio.
The design of Apple using the golden ratio. I didn’t know this ‘apple’ mark has been minute calculated.

Golden ratio also used in the parts of the products.
This is a logo mark of ‘OS Lion’.
Lines of the picture following the golden ratio.
This is a logo mark of ‘iCloud’.
The ratio of logo and lengths of circle are all 1.618!
The Apple’s web site also using the golden ratio!!!
“Apple design is cool and beautiful”, it feels made by the Golden ratio.
I convinced when I knew this secret 🙂

葛飾北斎の有名な富士山と波の絵図（Big Wave)にも
この１：１．６１８の比率が活用されています。
有名な絵画の多くは、この比率が多用されています。
例えばレオナルド・ダ・ヴィンチの受胎告知などもそうです。
いろいろ調べてみると面白いかも知れませんね。
あとは、この比率を用いてデザインを考えてみてもいいかも知れません。
