Since I was in year 7, creating the yearbook in December became my annual event. It is a great opportunity to reflect upon what I have done in a year and what I created as an artist. Every year I order two copies of the yearbook. One is for myself, one is for my parents.
I had considered other printing services, but I thought Blurb is the most suitable one for me as it offers a variety of shapes, kinds of paper and prices of books. I used to create the yearbook using Blurb’s application, however, this time I tried to create with Indesign with Blurb plugin (the Blurb app sometimes freezes so I decided not to use it again).
Yesterday, this year’s yearbook had arrived. Always it is exciting to see how the Indesign file comes up in the form of a book.
