Paper cutting – book pitch

I made new art work, called “book pitch”.

Book pitch is the art work/work that express about the book such as essay, drawing, poems, picture book, etc.

My book pitch is paper cutting. I like a picture book called “Water Witcher” – Jan Ormerod

In the story, a boy and his family live in the dried place of Australia. He becomes to “a water witcher”, then he starts to looking for water because they doesn’t have any water in the tank.

I cut off the scene that he is looking for the water.

I took long time to cut the squares of fence.

I used water colour pencils, black and white papers.
